I love Dr. Mani's books. I've read most of them, and I'm always excited when a new one comes along. His writing is clear and concise, and his self-help books are always written with easy to follow directions. For example, in the image I share, the first step is finding how much money you need to live on, and Dr. Mani tells you just how to figure that out.Perhaps it seems too simple. If getting rich was that easy, wouldn't anyone do it? And yet, some people figure it out and get rich. And here is someone who is successful on many fronts who not only shares his wisdom, but breaks it down into easy to follow steps. I look forward to putting Dr. Mani's book into action and seeing the results for myself.

I couldn't really get into the book was sick at the time and it wasn't what i expected maybe aty another time though will try again later
I am very familiar with Dr. Mani's writing. The book wasn't what I expected. The advice can be taken and carried out by absolutely anyone no matter what their background or expertise is. It is that simple and straight forward that anyone can do it.
He looks at a number of areas. Although he says he will look at 3 areas he actually covers more. Among them he covers, habits of the rich and how to apply them, looking at what you spend, budgeting your expenses against income, getting out of debt, saving, how to view your wealth and be happy and then investing.
I read the book over two nights so it takes about 3 to 4 hours to read and is written in an easy to read style. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to just get a handle on money and spending. I will be putting his advice into action myself.
Dr Mani's outline of how to be rich is nothing new that hasn't been said before. Whether it's been followed is entirely another matter. The one thing I did find particularly enlightening was his description of the abundant mindset practically all of us have and how this can spur us on toward the goal of being rich. This one aspect, for me, was worth buying and reading the book.
The reality of 'The earth is not flat anymore' is in the same dimension as thinking 'I can change my life to be Rich'.
Civilisation existed as far back as 120 milion years ago but yet the earh was believd to be flat until ancient authorities credited the Greek philosophers Pythagoras, in the 6th century BC, and Parmenides, in the 5th, with recognizing that the Earth is spherical([...]).
If you don't understand how a TV or a computer work, and someone asks you to describe how it functions, saying, "I don't know, it's just Magic," and "I don't know, it's just technology" are effectively saying the same thing.
I am no academic. Nor too am I a proffessional, as rigidly defined by a vast majority to which category I profess, not to belong.
Ricness and money has gone way too off in a tangent that it is believed to be a discipline only for those, I guess at or past postgraduate level. But yet, there are these vital elements covered in this book for those of us to have look, at pre-school or even the kndergarten stage.
Michael Eisner, former Head of the Disney Corporation and a bg fan of innovative thinking, once said '
To me, the pursuit of idesa is the only thing that matters. You can always find capable people to do anything else'.
Hence I repeat,'the pursuit of idesa is the only thing that matters'.
'Thank You' Dr. Mani, for opening up my taste buds for those forms of sucullence that I will be forming as a habit to find and help others to venture out to grasp abundance in their life's journey.
'The world is not flat any more' in the sense of the words in this book, and 'we all can live our Dreams in Being Rich'.
The book covers on around 12-15 pages the very basics about how to organize yourself financially. Unfortunately the part I was interested most (Investments) wasn't covered much Excerpt "What are these investments? There are many of them. And not all will suit your pocket, or your style or needs. That's why I'm not going to list them here for you, but nudge you to learn about them. Read books and magazines..".
But the book is surely worth the costs. Even if you can learn only one new thing, it is worth the investment.
The author has a passion for what he does and speaks from experience. Offers advice and tips that anyone can utilize to grow rich.
Great book.

Why did Dr.Mani not write this 20 years back.Or he could have whispered in ears sometime back.
It is still not late follow his advice.
