Really enjoyed part two and was happy to see the writing stayed strong through the second book. Hoping the third is just as strong. As others have mentioned it can be read as a stand-alone but I like reading it as a continuation from the first book.Ashlinn, Alaric, Jasmine, Lexie, Tarron characterization stay strong in this book . I’ve always believed that a good story can be determined by how long after the story the characters stay with you. Looking forward to reading more.

Chosen was fantastic! This was a great continuation of the series. I can not wait for the next one to come out. Normally the second book in the series does not surpass the first, but this one did. It had thrills and adventure, passion and risk, and keeps you on the edge of your seat the entire time. I loved it. This is one of my favorite books this year and I highly recommend this series.
Ashlinn has been thrown into a whole new world when she found out about Faerie. Just when she thinks she's starting to get a grip on things, her world is flipped upside down again. Being torn apart from her Kindred is hard enough, but having time difference of two worlds makes it even harder to deal with and resist the dark magic pulling her toward Tarron. When Tarron evokes the blood contract, Ashlinn has to fight with all her will to not give in to the urge to be with him. Will she be able to resist and turn everything in Faerie right again, or will she give in to the darkness?

For those who enjoy an epic journey with loveable characters, this series is a must read. There are people and places referenced from Irish mythology. The story moves right along. I can't wait to read book 3!
Her Kindred is Alaric , by her mother, Janu has sealed a blood contract for her to wedded to Terron, the dark prince. Follow Ashlinn as she faces a life she wants no part of. And then follow Ashlinn, Terron and her support group as the adventure continues into other realms previously not considered. A read that is filled with surprises and leaves the reader questioning how the story will turn out in the end.
